Petitioner seeks bail on the ground of his detention in jail custody since 27.06.2014 but again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order order dated 13.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49672 of 2014.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Session trial no. 1327A of 2007 arising out of Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 151 of 2001, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VI, Patna stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner even by separating his case from the case of other accused.
