The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case on two motorcycles being stopped for checking it is stated that two accused persons managed to escape while four accused persons including the petitioner herein were caught and a stolen mobile phone and two motorcycles were found in possession of the accused. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case no. 564/2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
