Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 313, 376(A), 376(B), 376(2)N, 372, 373/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R. the allegation against the petitioner is that he used to inject the victim informant and committed rape with her.
On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is submitted that the petitioner's name has come during the course of investigation. It is further submitted that petitioner may

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the victim in her statement before the Superintendent of Police has stated that petitioner used to give her injection from time to time. Considering the aforesaid facts petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody from 25.3.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge POCSO cum Ist Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran Motihari in Dhaka P.S. Case No. 44 of 2015.
