The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tr. No. 840 of 2018 (arising out of Forest case No. 52F/13) for the offences punishable under Sections 2, 33,41,42 of Indian Forest Act and Sections 27, 29, 31, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of four logs of wood from a bamboo orchard situated near the school. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house and his name has been falsely implicated in the present case without any evidence against the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.- Ist, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Tr.
