2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Total 3943.35 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a Hywa truck.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized truck.
