2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lokaha P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 342, 504, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is the owner of the house in which the main accused had committed rape with a 15 years old girl after forcibly marrying her. The petitioner is in jail since 09.08.2024.

4. Considering the allegations levelled against the
