2. Permission is accorded.

3 . This bail petition of petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn .

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and the State .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3782 of 2025(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/3 5 . Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the IPC .

6. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and others due to which they sustained injury . It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched cash , gold rings and necklace from the house of informant.

7. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are co-villagers and due to dispute over passage an altercation took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injury is simple in nature .

8. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

9. Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 451 of 2023 , subject
