Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they took the victim who was recovered after three days of the alleged occurrence and her statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. The victim stated that she was taken away by the petitioners and was kept in the house of unknown person but subsequently, petitioners left the aforesaid house leaving the victim at the house from where she was recovered by her family members and police officer. The victim did not make any complain of ill-behaviour of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like
