Petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing Memo No.7636 dated 28.04.2017 (Annexure 10) issued by the Kshetriye Siksha Upnirdeshak, Kosi Division, Saharsa. The scheme under which the petitioner was appointed as Prerak to spread literacy among illiterates has already been closed. The petitioner has rightly been dismissed from service
Patna High Court CWJC No.9244 of 2017(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 on the ground of misrepresentation of the facts at the time of his appointment on the post of Prerak.
Having considered the facts, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
