The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur ( Rangra) P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself surrendered in the Court below on 25.10.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation of indiscriminate firing is against Ajay Yadav not against this petitioner, he was simply companion of Ajay Yadav. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
