Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018. Investigation of the case is complete now. Allegation is that 1.2 liter liquor and a country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner by the public and produced before the police.

Considering the fact and statement on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is
