The petitioners are in custody in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 19.11.2019.
