The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant Kapil Deo Singh but one injury was found on the head of the informant. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. For the same occurrence, Salimpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 is registered against the petitioner, the informant and others in which the petitioner got anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.
