JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2016 Heard Sri Surendra Kishore Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P. This is second attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, recently on 3.12.2015 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected mainly on the ground that petitioner was having criminal antecedents as well as the fact that during investigation on the basis of C.D.R. of mobile the presence of the petitioner at the place of occurrence was noticed. In the case about 50 Lakhs cash was looted while cash box was being shifted from one Bank to another Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after rejection of the prayer for bail of this petitioner some accused have been granted bail by this court particularly one of the accused namely Sri Ramdayal Yadav @ Nangidaria was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19610 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail by order dated 19.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7966 of 2016. He has produced web copy of the said order. On perusal of the said order it appears that the fact regarding rejection of bail of this petitioner was not brought to the notice of the concerned bench. Accordingly, I do not find any ground to review my earlier order.
The petition again stands rejected.
