JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. In view of the stand taken by the respondents in paras9 to 14 of the counter affidavit, the writ petition has lost its utility. The decision to de-notify the land from acquisition has rendered the claim of compensation infructuous. In view of the above, the Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition. It is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
