The petitioner seeks bail in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 159/2017, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that sister of informant informed him that his father has been murdered in the house. Thereafter informant came at the place of occurrence and saw the dead body of his father and lodged F.I.R. against unknown.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. During investigation mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner on the ground that there was land dispute between the

Petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Banmankhi P.S.
