The petitioner seeks bail in U.A.P. Case No. 23 of 2014, arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act and under different Sections of the U.A.P. Act.

During the course of raid one country made pistol with three live cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2014. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20711 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in U.A.P. Case No. 23 of 2014, arising out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2014.
