The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4275 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 allegation against the petitioners and no specific allegation is attributed to them. As a matter of fact, the petitioners are said to be only member of mob and except this nothing is on record against them. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S. Case No. 65 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
