This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the FIR bearing Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017.
Pursuant to the last order dated 02.03.2023, the then Officer-in-Charge of Khajekalan Police Station is present in the Court.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1271 of 2017(4) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 State that the final form has already been submitted in the case. In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
