JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 148 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner and informant jointly state that the parties have entered into the compromise and there is case and counter case from both the sides. Looking to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the informant is not opposing to grant of bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Shiv Shankar Sharma @ Tuntun Vishwakarma, be released on
