2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) Quashing that Part of the Memo No:- 006 / Affili/748/AKU/2023 dated 25.11.2023 received on 02.12.2023 via e-mail issued under the signature of Respondent No-2 by which he was pleased to decline the extension of affiliation for Session 2022-23 and onward which contains the name of Surendra Hemant College for Professional Studies, Surendra Nagar, Shivala More, Neora, Khagaul, Patna, P.S.- Bihta, District- Patna on serial No. -36;

(ii) For further directing the respondents to give fresh consent required for furnishing the pledge and accepting the endowment Fund of the petitioner college; (iii) For allowing the Petitioners extension of affiliation for the 2023-24 academic session;

(iv) For allowing the students of the 2022-23 academic Session to appear in the 1st year University exams in order

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

4. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 2 along with all supporting documents within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 2 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 2 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
