This present writ application is filed for quashing the F.I.R. and the investigation of Ara (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 89 of 2017 dated 18.03.2017 instituted by Respondent No. 7 against accused named therein including the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to give the current stage of the case. Moreover, the present F.I.R. cannot be quashed in view of the law laid down in the case of Mrs. Niharika infrastructure vs. State of Maharashtra reported in 2021 SCC online SC 315.
