In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 360 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 147, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the first information report two groups of prisoners in Hajipur Jail clashed. Allegation has been made that the petitioner and others assaulted the members of other group with the intention to kill them.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons, namely, Mushaphir Sahani, Ranjay Kumar Rai @ Ranjan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20954 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 Rai, Akhilesh Rai @ Goleya @ Golu Rai @ Golu and Pankaj Thakur @ Pankaj Kumar Thakur have already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 26468 of 2014, 7809 of 2015, 42743 and 42413 of 2014.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S.
