JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 141/18, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and several others is of assaulting the police party when they had gone to execute the order passed by this High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 21568 of 2012. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that large number of persons including the petitioners have been

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Purnea, in connection with Janki Nagar P.S. Case No. 141/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
