The petitioner seeks bail in Halsi P.S. Case No. 37/93, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during course of investigation and charge-sheet has submitted showing the petitioner absconder. The petitioner was arrested on 19.01.2015.
It is submitted that one of the co-accused Ram Briksha Mandal has already been acquitted. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27901 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 37/93, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear on each and everyday in the trial court, failing which, the trial court shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
