In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366 (A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the victim and the allegation has been made that he has taken the victim and put her to the sexual assault on many days. In the statement made under Section 164 Cr. P.C., she has corroborated the incident.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3941 of 2020(7) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
