The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The son of the informant, aged about 31⁄2 years, was missing. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner in kidnapping the boy. There appears no eye-witness of the occurrence. The dead body of the son of the informant was recovered from a well.

Considering the fact that except suspicion there is no material to show that the petitioner killed the body, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S.
