Case No. 729 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. There was recovery of one DBBL gun in three parts and one cartridge from the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than five months, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence and he is ready to co-operate in disposal of trial.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5742 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 729 of 2019.
