The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

As per FIR, the informant along with police personnel raided the house of Sudhir Chauhan and searched and found three persons were in a room. The informant enquired from those persons. Out of whom one person disclosed that remaining two persons have kidnapped him and assaulted him and on threat of pistol kept with them confined him in the room. On search from the possession of the petitioner one pistol was recovered from left side of waist and two live cartridges.

On behalf of the petitioner, it has been submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27568 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 that the petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2014. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The main allegation is against Sudhir Chauhan.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Nawada in Narhat (Sitamarhi )P.S.Case No. 18/2015,G.R.
