Petitioners are in custody in connection with Special Case No. 11289/18 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 448 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 64 liters of country made wine was recovered.

Petitioners are in custody since 28.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

No.2834 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 11289/18 arising out of Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 448 of 2018.
