The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.312 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. It is further submitted that both parties are gotia and they have compromised the case as is evident from the impugned order. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
