1. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 24.06.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.23451 of 2023 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioners for surrendering before the Ld. Court of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No.823 of 2022, be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were out of station for the purposes of earning their livelihood as also were suffering from various diseases, hence could not surrender within the time stipulated by this

No.7097 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 Court, for the purposes of being admitted to the privilege of anticipatory bail, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Ld. Trial Court for the purposes of grant of anticipatory bail be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to extend the time already granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Ld. Court of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No.823 of 2022 for the purposes of being admitted to the privilege of anticipatory bail by a further period of four weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 24.06.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.23451 of 2023, however, the rest of the order dated 24.06.2023 shall remain as it is. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) sonal/- U T
