The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Two persons were coming on the motorcycle but the informant saw that driver of the motorcycle was having a pistol. The informant tried to stop. The pillion rider fled away but the driver of motorcycle tried to fire. Later on, he also managed to flee away. From the owner-book kept in the dickky it transpired that owner of the motorcycle, Suresh Mahto, was pillion rider of the motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail since 20.03.2015. Petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
