The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that he along with his friends went to see circus. Some altercation took place and the informant was brutally assaulted. It is submitted that the informant got several injuries which are simple in nature. Only one injury found on left wrist joint is found to be grievous. The petitioner is in jail since 21.3.2015. No specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21460 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S.Case No. 237 of 2015.
