2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(3) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that 8-10 miscreants being armed with gun entered the house of the informant and looted Rs.10-15 Lakhs and jewelleries. It is further alleged that at the time of alleged occurrence, one accused person opened fire which hit the wife of the informant due to which she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner has surfaced during investigation. He was identified by the spy. It has been submitted that no TIP has been conducted and only two notes of 500 Rupees were

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4617 of 2025(2) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 87081 of 2024. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 15.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Katra (Jajuar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, East Muzaffarpur.
