The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her daughter was going to school on her scooty but the husband Lallan Kumar Sah and other family members forcibly got her seated in the Scorpio. It is submitted that the petitioner is a family member of Lallan Sah. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The daughter of the informant has some matrimonial dispute with her husband and that is why she filed this case implicating all the family members of her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 24.3.2015, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21484 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rameshwar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Naw Kothi P.S.Case No. 64 of 2014.
