2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

i. To direct the respondent authorities to provide appropriate compensation amount situated for at acquisition of per as road side land the highest rate of government as well as in the light of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding the payment as compensation must be paid adequate, sufficient and satisfactory.

In view of the land of petitioner situated at road side bearing Khata No. 348,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9257 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 Survey Plot no. 71, Rakba 0-096 hectare Mauza Dighwara, District saran has been required by the respondents for construction of N.H. 19 four lane Road and the works of construction has been started but only 80% compensation after declaration of agricultural land has been paid ignoring the facts that land is situated besides the Bricks soling Road due to oblique reason and malafide intention.

ii. To provide rest 20% compensation on the basis of road side land with 24% compound interest as per the circular.

iii. Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 2, the Commissioner, Saran at Chapra in next eight weeks.

4. If the petitioner approaches in next eight weeks, the Arbitrator shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. The writ petition stand disposed of.
