The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2021, let the abovenamed petitioner be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM-1st Class, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
