2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 109, 190, 191(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that all the F.I.R. named accused person, including this petitioner, assaulted son of informant with lathi and knife. Co-accused Nitish Thakur stabbed on the back of the son of informant and on the hand of informant with knife. Petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have snatched a silver chain from the neck of the son of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of stabbing is against co-accused Nitish Thakur and petitioner is only alleged to have snatched silver

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhagalpur in connection with Ghogha P. S. Case No. 129 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
