JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Excise Case No. 192 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 7 liters liquor from the under constructed house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the house is still under construction from which the liquor has been recovered. Further, he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
