The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with SEE/HJP Rail (Rail Sonpur-Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the briefcase and tin box of the informant having been stolen by miscreants, however, the petitioner and one other co-accused were apprehended and the tin box was recovered from the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional C.J.M. (Railway) Sonpur, Saran in connection with SEE/HJP Rail (Rail Sonpur-Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018.
