2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he had earlier approached this Court vide C.W.J.C. No. 6933 of 1991, wherein a direction was issued that since he had been working from 1981, his position shall not be disturbed. After serving for several years, the petitioner has retired, but has not been granted Rs. 1,50,000/- as one time payment.

3. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a representation before the Deputy Inspector General-cum-Deputy Commandant General, Home Guard, Chhajubagh, Patna (respondent No. 4), detailing his grievances, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed off by the Deputy Inspector General-cum-Deputy Commandant General, Home Guard, Chhajubagh, Patna (respondent No. 4) within a period of six weeks thereafter.
