JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One U.S.A made revolver of six round containing six live cartridges is said to have been recovered from the left side of waist of the petitioner whereas two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the pocket of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 9.01.2016. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that one coaccused Jograj Singh from whose possession country made pistol was recovered has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21055 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 18 of 2016.
