The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nayagaown P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 414/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding one pick up van loaded with 8 bundles of high voltage aluminum 11 K.B. wire being apprehended by the police, whereupon it was found that the said wire had been cut and stolen by the accused persons. The petitioner is said to be the driver of the said vehicle. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he had only been hired for transporting the materials as such he did

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 21.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Nayagaown P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018.
