The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended while snatching money from the passengers of the train and on search, Rs. 25,000/- was recovered from his possession.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Though, petitioner is accused in as many as seven cases, but in all the cases, he has been acquitted by the learned court below. This fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2021.
