The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police party was making regular checking on road. One person, namely, Ranjeet Yadav was coming from motor cycle and when he saw the police party he tried to flee away. He was apprehended and on his statement other raid was conducted in the house of Surendra Yadav and from where stolen motor cycle was recovered. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the confessional statement of Ranjeet Yadav. He has stated that he was also member of the gang.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21280 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except that no any incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.2.20015.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Rundi Yadav @ Awdhesh Yadav @ Awdhesh Kumar Yadav @ Shutar , be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. in Laukaha (Lalmaniya ) P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner and another shall be Government servant.
