JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04/ 04.07.2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioners and similarly, counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the informant. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is general allegation of assault against all petitioners and it appears that, altogether, three persons sustained injuries in the present case but all injured are said to have sustained simple injuries. Petitioners are in jail custody since long and they do not have any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail
