The petitioner seeks bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 71/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband and he is alleged to have subjected his wife to physical and mental torture and also solemnized second marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 11.04.2015. He has already remained in jail for about four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
