The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have pick pocketed Rs.10,000/- from the petitioner.
It is submitted that the petitioner had gone to the Bank for depositing money. No body has seen the occurrence. There is no special mark of identification on the currency notes recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is an old man aged about 65 years and he has no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 17.03.2015 i.e. he has already remained in jail for about five months.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29643 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015.
