The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused is that they were preparation for making dacoity and three persons were apprehended at the spot and seized incriminating articles, country made pistols and mobile phones. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner came into light by the confessional statement of co-accused who apprehended on

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K.Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Darbhanga/concerned Court in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 227 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
